Objective
Arcknight had a great product and a deep catalog, but Amazon performance was stalled under prior management. The goal was to turn Amazon into a dependable growth channel by improving visibility, conversion, and ad efficiency while keeping operations clean.
Strategy
Arcknight produces tabletop roleplaying accessories like maps, miniatures, and overlays.
When I stepped in, the product was strong, but the Amazon channel needed a real system behind it.
I rebuilt the foundation so growth was sustainable:
- Reworked advertising structure so spend had clear roles (defense, growth, and discovery), and scaled what proved profitable over time.
- Tightened listing and catalog execution across the catalog so products indexed correctly, converted better, and did not get held back by missing or incorrect attributes.
- Improved listing presentation so the value of the product was obvious to shoppers, not just people who already knew the brand.
- Kept operations stable so growth did not get choked by stock problems or avoidable catalog and account issues.
Arcknight results: $330,039 in 2022 to $629,265 in 2023 to $732,860 in 2024 after rebuilding the Amazon channel for consistent visibility and conversion. Lifetime advertising generated $1,096,802.39 in ad-attributed sales at 23% ACOS.
