Objective:Take over full Amazon operations for a supplement brand developed by a practicing doctor who did not have the time to manage the platform. Grow revenue and get advertising under control.
Strategy:The brand was flat and advertising was out of control at 200% ACOS. The founder needed someone running the entire account so he could focus on his practice.
I took full ownership across advertising, listings, operations, and compliance. First priority was stopping the bleeding on ad spend. I tightened keyword targeting to cut wasted spend and protect cash flow. From there I monitored conversion performance daily and adjusted traffic sources in real time. I scaled the keywords converting organically, not just through paid traffic, and optimized listings to turn ad-driven sales into repeat customers and subscriptions. I actively monitored account health, policy changes, and listing status to prevent suppressions and downtime. The strategy shifted week to week based on what the data was showing.
