About the Project

The owner needed a hands-on operator to run Amazon end-to-end. Growth was capped by incomplete catalog coverage, inconsistent listing quality, and underdeveloped advertising. Execution required direct access across Seller Central to manage operations, compliance, catalog, inventory, and ads without owner bottlenecks.

What We Did in Seller Central

  • Catalog and listings: Created and updated listings, fixed attributes/variations, resolved suppressions, and improved creatives and conversion elements across the catalog.
  • Advertising: Built and managed Sponsored Products, then launched and scaled Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display. Identified high-value keywords, expanded targeting aggressively, and continuously optimized for efficiency.
  • Account operations: Monitored Account Health and performance notifications, managed day-to-day issues, and kept the account stable so growth was repeatable.
  • Inventory and fulfillment: Managed FBA-related workflows and ongoing maintenance that the owner did not have time to handle.
