Take full ownership over clients Amazon account so they could focus on their existing practice.
Strategy
The strategy was to win and defend a small set of high-intent, high-margin keywords, then compound growth through repeat purchase. We concentrated spend only where conversion and contribution margin held, used placements to capture premium visibility on those terms, and relied on Amazon Business plus Subscribe and Save to turn first-time buyers into predictable recurring revenue.

About the brand
A supplement brand developed by a practicing doctor who did not have the time to manage Amazon day to day. Prior to takeover, growth was flat with ACOS consistently near 200 percent. The brand needed a full Amazon operator so the founder could focus on his practice while the account grew steadily and responsibly.
